Dr Sachin Mohite

Sachin holds a BSc degree in Chemistry (2016) and MSc degree in Organic Chemistry (2018) from the Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. Following his master's, he worked as a Research Associate in the Discovery Chemistry department at leading Indian CRO’s, including Aragen Lifesciences and Syngene International Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to multi-step synthesis projects of biologically active molecules on milligram to gram scales. In 2024, Sachin completed his PhD in synthetic organic chemistry at the University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. His doctoral research focused on the development of regioselective and sustainable C-H functionalization methods, utilizing both transition metal-catalyzed and transition metal-free approaches through C-H bond activation. In February 2025, Sachin joined H3D as a postdoctoral research fellow, where he is currently working on the CTAR AMR program.
