Mrs Ayesha Banderker CA (SA)

Ayesha Banderker is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is currently employed at the H3D Drug Discovery and Development centre as the Head of Finance where she manages and enables the financial, systems, policy and administrative framework within which H3D is able to function optimally. She provides the appropriate financial management and support services to the Director and general staff within the Centre in accordance with the University requirements, policy and procedures.

She has been operating in the finance position for 10,5 years. Through her role she optimises the organisational and financial systems to ensure adherence to statutory requirements, assesses risk and strives for operational and financial efficiencies across the entire unit to ensure success and that impact is maximised.
